The meeting will canvass a range of topics

  • Mapping the Phase Diagram of QCD: Lattice and Continuum Approaches
  • Confinement and Deconfinement
  • Chiral Symmetry Breaking and Restoration
  • Electromagnetic Effects in Hadronic Matter
  • Out of Equilibrium Matter
  • Heavy ion collisions at RHIC, ALICE, and FAIR
  • We plan approximately 15 invited key presentations with a total number of about 50 participants.

    Confirmed speakers so far:

  • Falk Bruckmann (Regensburg University, Germany)

It would help us with our planning if you could respond to this first note (eMail: qghxm-at-crunch.ikp.physik.tu-darmstadt.de), stating whether you are interested in participating or whether your schedule will prevent it.

Thank you in advance and very best regards,
