Second circular Dear Colleague, this is the second circular for the HIC for FAIR workshop "Quarks, Gluons, and Hadronic Matter under Extreme Conditions II" which will take place from the 18th-21st of March, 2013 in St. Goar, Germany. We have been granted funding from HIC for FAIR to allow for reduced room rates of 59 Euro for a single room and 39 Euro for a double room for participants from the 18th-21st of March. In addition, there is a conference fee of 276 Euro, which includes full board from the dinner on the 17th of March until lunch on the 21st of March. Participants registering after the 10th of December are required to pay the full room rates of 99 Euro for a single room or 68 Euro for a double room. Accompanying person have to pay the full rates and pay board separately. Note that the number of participants is limited to about 50. Accommodation will be on the conference site (Schlosshotel Rheinfels, St. Goar). Hotel booking is organized by us. Just use the registration form to indicate your interests. Registration will be open from now on, closing on the 10th of December 2012. After this date, registration is still possible, but the higher room rates have to be paid. Also, no precedence will be given over earlier registration, if the capacity is already filled. !!! Everyone registered will receive a note-of-reception e-mail and a final confirmation until the 22nd December indicating whether s/he had to be queued, and whether an oral presentation is possible.
